Please read these terms carefully before using our repair services.

Important: By booking a repair with Biswas Repair, you agree to these Terms of Service. We are an independent repair service and are not affiliated with any appliance brand.

1. Service Description

Biswas Repair provides independent appliance repair services for household appliances including washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, microwaves, geysers, and more. We are not affiliated with any brand or manufacturer.

2. Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call
  • Please ensure someone is available at home during the scheduled visit
  • Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before the appointment
  • We reserve the right to reschedule in case of emergencies

3. Pricing & Payment

  • A diagnosis/inspection fee may apply for the initial visit
  • Repair charges will be communicated before any work begins
  • Payment is due upon completion of the repair
  • We accept cash and UPI payments

4. Warranty on Repairs

All completed repairs come with a 90-day service warranty. This covers the specific issue repaired. The warranty does not cover new issues, physical damage, or improper use. See our Warranty Policy for full details.

5. Limitations of Liability

Biswas Repair is not liable for any pre-existing damage, data loss, or consequential damages arising from our repair services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed.

6. Independent Service Provider

We are an independent service center. Use of brand names on our website is for identification purposes only and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement by the respective brands.
