Our Promise: Every repair completed by Biswas Repair comes with a 90-day service warranty. If the same issue recurs within 90 days, we fix it for free.
What is Covered
- The specific fault or issue that was repaired
- Parts replaced during the repair (for 90 days from repair date)
- Labour charges for re-repair of the same issue within 90 days
What is NOT Covered
- New or unrelated issues that develop after the repair
- Physical damage, water damage, or damage caused by power surges
- Issues caused by misuse, improper installation, or user error
- Consumable parts (filters, belts, bulbs) unless specifically covered
- Repairs where the customer has tampered with the appliance after our service
How to Claim Warranty
To claim a warranty repair:
- Contact us within 90 days of the original repair date

- We will schedule a technician visit at no additional charge
Warranty Period
The 90-day warranty period starts from the date the repair is completed. A new warranty period begins if replacement parts are installed during a warranty repair.
Spare Parts Warranty
Parts sourced and installed by Biswas Repair carry a 90-day warranty. Parts supplied by the customer are not covered under our warranty.
